Jharkhand Digital Panchayat Sachivalay Pragya Kendra Sanchalak Sangh is the only state-level organization representing all Pragya Kendra operators across the state. It is the collective voice of 4,345 Members working under Gram Panchayat Sachivalay.

The organization operates through a structured framework from the district to the state level — ensuring every member's voice reaches the state committee directly from the ground level. The state committee makes decisions keeping in mind the collective spirit of the organization and the dignity, interests, and suggestions of all members.

The organization regularly prepares new strategies and makes continuous efforts to effectively present its position and demands regarding flawed company policies and issues arising at various government levels. Every circular and notice now reaches all members instantly through this digital portal.
संरचना
The organization works at two levels — the State Committee, which takes state-wide policy decisions, and District Presidents, who coordinate directly with members in their respective districts. For any information, clarification, or guidance, members should first contact their district president.
